بررسی رابطه بین کیفیت خواب، فعالیت بدنی و الگوی تغذیه با سلامت روان دانشجویان دانشگاه کاشان

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه بین کیفیت خواب، فعالیت بدنی و الگوی تغذیه با سلامت روان دانشجویان دانشگاه کاشان بود. مطالعات متعدد به این نتیجه رسیدهاند که عادات رفتاری ناسالم علاوه بر بیماریهای جسمانی، نقش چشمگیری در بالا بردن شیوع و شدت بیماریهای روانی دارند.
روش کار: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر نوع پژوهش، رابطهای بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل 8059 دانشجوی دانشگاه کاشان در سال 1400 بود. با شیوهی نمونهگیری دردسترس و بر مبنای فرمول تاباچنیک و فیدل یک نمونهی ۱۱۲ نفری انتخاب شد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامهی بسامد غذا (FFQ)، پرسشنامهی کیفیت خواب پیتزبورگ (PSQI)، پرسشنامهی فعالیت بدنی شارکی (SPAI) و پرسشنامهی سنجش علائم روانی (SCL90) بود. پایایی پرسشنامهها بهوسیلهی آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای بدست آمده از نرمافزار SPSS-22 استفاده شد.
یافتهها: یافتههای پژوهش حاکی از آن است که کیفیت خواب بالاتر، فعالیت بدنی و مصرف مکرر مکملهای غذایی تاثیر منفی و قابل توجهی بر روی علائم بیماری روانی دارد.
نتیجهگیری: این نتایج نشان میدهد توجه به رفتارهای سلامت دانشجویان ممکن است بار بیماریهای روانی را کاهش دهد. پیشنهاد میشود دانشگاهها با آموزش بهداشت خواب؛ اصول تغذیهی سالم و ارائهی مجازی برنامههای لازم برای فعالیت بدنی، سلامت روان دانشجویان را بهبود بخشند.
