تاثیر ریتم تنفسی بر عملکرد حرکتی ورزشکاران کاراتهکار در شرایط احساسی متفاوت در محیطهای ورزشی

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر ریتم تنفسی بر عملکرد حرکتی ورزشکاران کاراتهکار در شرایط احساسی متفاوت در محیطهای ورزشی میباشد.
روش کار: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و با توجه به روش، نیمهآزمایشی در قالب طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون با دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه ورزشکاران پسر کاراتهکار باشگاههای کاراته شهر تهران بود که تعداد 45 نفر به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده با در نظرگرفتن ملاکهای ورود انتخاب شده و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه کنترل (15 نفر آزمایش اول (حالت خوشایند)، 15 نفر آزمایش دوم (حالت ناخوشایند) و 15 نفر کنترل (حالت خنثی)) قرار گرفتند. پرسشنامه عملکرد ورزشکاران چاربونیو برای گردآوری اطلاعات مورد استفاده قرارگرفت. ریتم تنفسی با مترونوم چک گردید؛ از طریق نشان دادن 30 تصویر خوشایند، ناخوشایند و خنثی برگرفته از بوچانان و جانل حالات احساسی مختلف، در هر گروه ایجاد شد. از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره و نرمافزار SPSS19 جهت تحلیل فرضیهها استفادهشد.
یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل دادهها نشان داد ریتم تنفسی بر عملکرد حرکتی ورزشکاران کاراتهکار در شرایط احساسی خوشایند تاثیر مثبت و معنیدار و در شرایط احساسی ناخوشایند تاثیر منفی و معنیدار دارد. شرایط احساسی بر ریتم تنفسی ورزشکاران کاراتهکار تاثیر معنیدار داشت.
نتیجهگیری: ورزش کاراته با نیاز به حرکات وابسته به برنامهریزی، به عنوان یکی از فعالیتهای ورزشی متناوب با دورهی فعالیت و استراحت با شدت بالا میباشد؛ در همین رابطه سرعت و عمق تنفس مستقیماً بر عملکرد کاراتهکاران در شرایط احساسی خوشایند و ناخوشایند تاثیر میگذارد.
