The Effectiveness of Exercise on Job Burnout and Life Expectancy in Staff Pars Special Energy Zone Economy

Abstract
Background and aim: Human resources in the organization are exposed to a lot of stress. This stress can affect various aspects of life. The aim of this study was review the effectiveness of exercise on job burnout and life expectancy in staff Pars Special Energy Zone Economy.
Methods: Population of this descriptive and analytical study included all employees of Pars Special Economic Energy Zone economy. 113 people (79 active and 34 inactive) were selected randomly. The instrument used was two questionnaires of life expectancy Schneider and Burnout Inventory Maslach (MBI). For analyze the data used SPSS / 19 and Kolmogorov-Smirnov and independent t-tests.
Results: The results showed that there was a significant difference between the life expectancy of active and inactive employees (P= 0.001) So that active employees have a greater life expectancy than their inactive counterparts. Also there were no significant differences in all three factors of burnout (emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, personal accomplishment) between active and inactive groups.
Conclusion: In summary, exercise and physical activity can help employees to improve life expectancy. Therefore, due to the effect of exercise on life expectancy, we can institutionalize and increase exercise and improve sports facilities, enhance staff will provide hope and health.
