ارائه مدل مشارکت بانوان در ورزش همگانی استان البرز

Abstract

چکیده

سابقه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و رتبه بندی عوامل موثر بر مشارکت بانوان در ورزش همگانی استان البرز و ارائه مدلی می­باشد.

روش کار:  پژوهش از نوع پژوهش­های ترکیبی (کیفی و کمی)، بر اساس زمان حال­نگر، از نظر هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ جمع­آوری اطلاعات میدانی می­باشد. جامعه­آماری و نمونه­آماری شامل دو بخش می­باشد. در بخش کیفی جامعه­آماری  را 20 نفر شامل اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه­ها و مدیران حوزه ورزش همگانی تشکیل دادند که به روش نمونه­گیری غیر تصادفی از نوع هدفمند انتخاب شدند. در بخش کمی جامعه آماری براساس آمار رسمی هیئت ورزش همگانی استان البرز ده تا کمیته که بیشترین شرکت­کننده بانوان را در ورزش همگانی دارند انتخاب شدند، که تعداد نهایی آن­ها را 59500 نفر تشکیل دادند. نمونه آماری طبق جدول مورگان تعداد 381 نفر از بين جامعه آماري مي­باشند که به صورت تصادفی طبقه­ای انتخاب شدند. از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد.

یافته ها: نتایج مدل­یابی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که عوامل محیطی، شخصی، مدیریتی، منابع، خدماتی بر مشارکت بانوان در ورزش همگانی استان البرز تاثیر دارد. نتایج آزمون فریدمن نشان داد كه بالاترين رتبه مربوط به منابع و پايين­ترين رتبه مربوط به خدمات مي­باشد.

نتیجه گیری: بنابراین مدیران با استفاده از منابع می­توانند به حل مشکل­های مشارکت بانوان در ورزش همگانی دست پیدا کنند.
