About the Journal

Notice to Authors, Reviewers, and Readers

We would like to inform our authors, reviewers, and readers that, during the past two months, the journal experienced significant disruptions in communication and access due to circumstances beyond our control, including national-level internet and communication restrictions. As a result, our editorial office was unable to respond to some emails and to process journal affairs in a timely manner.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and delays this situation may have caused.

We are pleased to announce that our communication channels are now fully restored, and the journal has resumed its regular activities. Our editorial team is making every effort to address pending matters and to compensate for the delays as quickly as possible.

If you have sent us an email during the past two months and not yet received a reply, we kindly ask you to resend your message so that we can follow up promptly.

To reduce the impact of similar situations in the future, the journal is also planning to establish a **mirror website** so that access to the journal’s services will remain available even if the main academic internet infrastructure is disrupted.

We greatly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support.
